New combo therapy shows promise for rare sarcoma

Summary
This study tests a combination of two drugs, HDM201 and pazopanib, in people with advanced soft tissue sarcoma that has spread. The goal is to find the safest dose and see if the combo can help control the cancer. About 47 adults with a specific genetic type (P53 wild-type) will take part.
