New drug combo shows promise for rare sarcoma

Summary

This study tests a combination of two drugs, HDM201 and pazopanib, in people with advanced soft tissue sarcoma that has spread. The goal is to find the safest dose and see if the combination can help control the cancer. About 47 adults whose tumors have a specific genetic feature (p53 normal) will take part.
