Summary

This study tests a once-weekly injection called HDM1005 for weight loss in 825 Chinese adults who are obese or overweight with related health issues. Participants receive either the drug or a placebo for 52 weeks, plus diet and exercise advice. The main goal is to see how much weight they lose and if at least 5% of body weight is lost after 40 weeks.
