Summary
This study tested a new, short therapy called HANDS-ON for 12 teens (ages 10-18) with anxiety or OCD that didn't improve with standard talk therapy. The therapy focuses on facing fears in real-life settings with help from parents and school staff. The goal was to see if this personalized approach helps teens reach their own treatment goals.
