Summary
This study tests whether task-oriented exercises combined with mirror therapy can improve hand function after flexor tendon repair. It will involve 66 adults aged 18 to 45 who had tendon repair surgery. Participants will do exercises and use a mirror to trick the brain into thinking the injured hand is moving, aiming to improve range of motion and daily hand use.
