Summary
This study is testing whether a special hand massage technique, called reflexology, can help reduce feelings of tiredness and anxiety in adults receiving kidney dialysis. Researchers will compare 104 patients who get the massage along with their usual care to those who get only usual care. The goal is to see if this safe, non-drug therapy can improve comfort and well-being for people managing a long-term illness.
