Summary

This study aims to determine which of three common surgical techniques works best for repairing simple hand fractures. Researchers will compare screws, plates, and pins in 111 adult patients to see which method leads to better hand function, fewer complications, and lower costs. Participants will be followed for one year to measure recovery, strength, and satisfaction.
