Summary

This study looks at whether drinking enough plain water every day for 4 weeks can change how thirsty healthy young adults feel. Researchers will measure thirst ratings and body chemistry in 120 participants who usually drink less than 1 liter of plain water daily. The goal is to understand if the body adapts to low water intake and if drinking more water can improve health markers.
