NCT ID NCT07464002

First seen Mar 17, 2026 · Last updated May 01, 2026 · Updated 6 times

Summary

This study looks at whether healthy young adults who usually drink less than 1 liter of plain water per day feel thirstier and have better health markers after drinking enough water for 4 weeks. Researchers will measure thirst, urine, and blood changes. The goal is to help create clear advice on how much plain water people really need.
