Summary
This study tests whether a supplement called HA35 can help people with alcoholic hepatitis maintain muscle mass. About 54 participants will take either HA35 or a placebo capsule daily for 90 days. The study involves two in-person visits with tests like blood work, muscle strength checks, and a muscle biopsy, plus phone check-ins at 30 and 60 days.
