Summary
This study tested an H1N1 flu vaccine in 110 pregnant women to see if it is safe and helps their immune system fight the virus. Participants received two vaccine doses and were monitored for side effects. The goal was to measure antibody levels in the blood and in cord blood at delivery. The trial found the vaccine to be safe and effective at producing an immune response.
