Can a school program teach kids to eat better, move more, and sleep enough?
NCT ID NCT06548074
First seen Jul 14, 2026 · Last updated Jul 15, 2026 · Updated 1 time
Summary
This trial tests a program called H-PACE that encourages children ages 8-11 to follow five daily goals: eat five or more servings of fruits and vegetables, limit recreational screen time to two hours, get one hour of physical activity, avoid sugary drinks, and sleep ten hours. The program involves both children and their parents and is delivered through afterschool programs. The study aims to see if the program is feasible and acceptable to families.
