First seen Mar 10, 2026 · Last updated Jun 19, 2026 · Updated 7 times
Summary
This early-phase study tests whether combining two drugs (GV20-0251 and sintilimab) before surgery is safe and can shrink tumors in adults with a type of head and neck cancer. Nine participants will receive two cycles of the drug combo, then have surgery. The main goals are to check for side effects and see how many tumors respond. This is not a cure, but aims to control the disease before and after surgery.
