Ear stimulation therapy targets Stomach-Brain connection to ease chronic digestive pain
NCT ID NCT06360900
Summary
This study is testing whether a combination of gentle ear stimulation and weekly support therapy can help reduce stomach pain and discomfort in people with functional dyspepsia. Participants will use a small device that stimulates a nerve in the ear while also attending weekly video therapy sessions. The research aims to see if this dual approach improves both physical symptoms and anxiety related to digestive issues.
