Summary
This study explores why some breast cancer patients get diarrhea from the drug pyrotinib while others don't. Researchers will compare the gut bacteria of 60 patients who develop diarrhea with those who don't, using stool samples. The goal is to find protective bacteria that could lead to new ways to prevent or treat this side effect. No new treatments are given; participants receive standard care.
