Summary

This study explores why some breast cancer patients get severe diarrhea from the drug pyrotinib while others don't. Researchers will compare the gut bacteria of 60 patients who develop diarrhea with those who don't, using stool samples. No new treatments are tested—the goal is to identify protective bacteria that could lead to future prevention strategies.
