New study tracks joint health in IBD patients on guselkumab

Summary

This study will follow 75 adults aged 18-75 with Crohn's disease or ulcerative colitis who are starting guselkumab treatment. The goal is to see how the drug affects joint pain and stiffness related to spondyloarthritis over one year. Participants will report their symptoms through questionnaires, and researchers will also measure inflammation levels in the blood.
