New immune engager takes on Hard-to-Treat cancers

Summary
This early-phase study tests a new drug called GTB-5550 in people with advanced solid tumors that no longer respond to standard treatments. The drug is designed to connect natural killer cells to cancer cells, helping the immune system attack the tumor. About 175 adults aged 18 and older will take part to find the safest dose and see if the drug shrinks tumors.
