Summary

This study is testing a new drug called GTAEXS617 in people with advanced solid tumors that have stopped responding to standard treatments. Researchers want to find the safest dose and see if the drug can shrink tumors in cancers like lung, pancreatic, ovarian, and breast cancer. The trial will enroll about 230 participants who have exhausted other treatment options.
