Summary
This early-stage study looks at how healthy postmenopausal women absorb, break down, and eliminate a single dose of the experimental drug GS1-144. Researchers will measure the drug and its byproducts in blood, urine, and stool. The goal is to understand the drug's journey through the body, not to treat any condition. Only 8 women aged 40-65 will take part.
