First seen May 09, 2026 · Last updated May 19, 2026 · Updated 3 times

Summary

This study looked at whether group compassionate mind training (CMT) is a practical and helpful option for adults going through menopause. 38 women aged 40-60 took part to see if the training could reduce feelings of self-criticism and improve mood and quality of life. The goal was to find a non-hormone treatment option for those who cannot or prefer not to use hormone therapy.
