Summary
This study looked at whether group compassionate mind training (CMT) is a practical and helpful way to support adults going through menopause. 38 women aged 40-60 took part, learning skills to reduce self-criticism and increase self-compassion. The goal was to see if this approach could ease common menopause challenges like low mood, anxiety, and brain fog.
