First seen Apr 12, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 7 times
Summary
This study tested a group breathwork program for adults with chronic musculoskeletal pain (like back or neck pain lasting at least 3 months). 35 people participated to see if the program was practical, liked by patients, and could help reduce pain intensity and how much pain interfered with daily life. The goal was to develop a simple, group-based breathing intervention that could be used to ease symptoms.
