First seen Sep 30, 2025 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 35 times

Summary

This study looked at whether taking green tea extract and ginger, alone or together, helps young men cycle longer and feel more comfortable in normal (room temperature) and cold (around 41°F) conditions. Sixteen recreationally active men completed cycling tests after taking different supplements. The goal was to see if these natural supplements could improve endurance and reduce discomfort during exercise in different environments.
