Summary

This study looked at whether taking green tea extract and ginger supplements, alone or together, helps young men cycle longer and feel more comfortable in normal and cold temperatures. Sixteen recreationally active men completed cycling tests in both room temperature and cold conditions. The results may point to simple nutritional strategies to improve exercise performance and comfort in different environments.
