Summary

This study looked at whether taking green tea extract and ginger, alone or together, helps young men cycle longer and feel more comfortable in normal and cold temperatures. Sixteen recreationally active men completed cycling tests after taking supplements or a placebo. The goal was to see if these natural supplements could improve endurance and reduce muscle soreness.
