Summary
This study tested whether taking green tea extract, ginger, or both together could help active young men exercise longer and feel more comfortable, especially in cold conditions. Sixteen participants took different supplement combinations and completed cycling tests in both normal and cold rooms. The goal was to see if these common supplements could be a practical way to improve workout performance and recovery.
