NCT ID NCT06923722
First seen Jan 11, 2026 · Last updated May 25, 2026 · Updated 17 times
Summary
This study looks at whether eating grapes rich in natural compounds called flavonoids can protect brain function, blood vessel health, and mood during mental stress in healthy young adults. Researchers will give 44 participants either high-flavonoid grape powder or a low-flavonoid placebo before a stress task, then measure brain oxygen levels and blood vessel responses. The goal is to see if grapes can help counter the negative effects of stress, especially in people with poorer diets or fitness.
