Could a glass of grape juice replace the unpleasant diabetes test drink?
NCT ID NCT07323901
Summary
This study is testing whether grape juice can be used instead of the standard, often unpleasant, sugary drink for gestational diabetes screening. Pregnant women between 24-28 weeks will try both drinks to see if the grape juice gives similar blood sugar results. The goal is to find a more comfortable option that might encourage more women to complete this important screening test.
