Could a glass of grape juice replace the unpleasant diabetes test drink?
NCT ID NCT07323901
Summary
This study is testing whether grape juice can be used as a more pleasant alternative to the standard sugary drink for screening gestational diabetes. About 150 pregnant women will take both tests—the standard drink and the grape juice—to see if the results are comparable. The main goal is to see if using grape juice improves patient comfort and willingness to complete this important screening.
