First seen Jan 07, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 27 times
Summary
This study tests a treatment for people whose stem cell transplant fails to work (graft failure). The treatment uses chemotherapy and low-dose radiation to help donor cells grow and start making blood cells again. The goal is to see if this approach can restore donor cell function by day 42 after the second transplant. The study enrolls up to 50 patients with primary or secondary graft failure.
