NCT ID NCT02161783

First seen Jan 07, 2026 · Last updated May 13, 2026 · Updated 26 times

Summary

This study tests a treatment for people whose stem cell transplant (for blood cancers or other diseases) fails to take hold. The approach uses chemotherapy and low-dose radiation to prepare the body for a second infusion of donor stem cells, usually from a half-matched family donor. The main goal is to see if this can restore healthy blood cell production by day 42 after the second transplant.
