Diet over pills: new study tests food as reflux remedy

Summary
This study looks at whether the Gracie Diet can reduce symptoms of gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) in adults who want to stop taking standard acid-reducing drugs. Thirty participants will stop their medication and follow the diet for 8 weeks. Researchers will track symptom changes and quality of life using questionnaires.
