Summary

This study tests different local treatments for vaginal atrophy (dryness, pain, irritation) in 160 breast cancer patients who are on hormone therapy. The goal is to see which treatment works best to improve symptoms and quality of life over 12 weeks, while also checking hormone levels for safety. Participants must have breast cancer, be postmenopausal due to treatment, and have vaginal symptoms.
