Summary
This study compares different local treatments for vaginal dryness, irritation, and pain in 160 breast cancer patients who are on hormone therapy and have gone through menopause. The goal is to see which treatment best improves symptoms and quality of life over 12 weeks, while also checking hormone levels for safety. Participants will fill out questionnaires about their symptoms and overall well-being.
