Summary
This study tests whether nurse-led telehealth support helps 200 adults with gout stick to their urate-lowering medication and keep uric acid levels in check after leaving a rheumatology clinic. Participants choose from app reminders, letters, texts, or phone calls. The goal is better long-term disease control and quality of life.
