Goat milk formula trial aims to soothe Babies' tummy troubles

Summary
This study will compare two types of infant formula to see if one causes fewer stomach problems than the other. Healthy babies aged 14-90 days will be randomly assigned to receive either goat milk formula or cow milk formula for several months. Researchers will track symptoms like crying, spit-up, stool issues, and infections to see which formula is better tolerated.
