Summary

This study looks at whether a gluten-free diet can reduce disease activity and improve quality of life in people with ankylosing spondylitis, a type of arthritis that affects the spine. Researchers will also check if the diet helps heal the gut. Sixty adults with stable treatment will follow either a gluten-free or placebo diet for 8 weeks.
