Summary
This study is testing whether following a gluten-free diet for 8 weeks can help people with ankylosing spondylitis, a painful inflammatory back condition. Researchers will enroll 60 adults to see if the diet improves their symptoms, quality of life, and gut health compared to a group that does not change their diet. The goal is to see if this dietary change could be a helpful addition to standard medical treatments.
