First seen Feb 11, 2026 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 14 times

Summary

This study tests a new eye drop, GLK-321, for people with Demodex blepharitis, an eye condition caused by tiny mites that leads to eyelash dandruff and irritation. About 250 adults with signs of the condition will receive either the drug or a placebo for 6 weeks. The main goal is to see if the drops can clear the mite debris from eyelashes safely.
