Summary
This study is looking at why some people with brain tumors (gliomas) develop dangerous low blood cell counts from the chemotherapy drug temozolomide, while others don't. Researchers will study genes, gut bacteria, and other factors in 55 patients to find predictors. The goal is to help doctors identify high-risk patients early and prevent treatment interruptions.
