Summary
This study is testing if a long-acting eye implant (Durysta) can help control glaucoma while reducing the need for daily eye drops. Researchers want to see if using fewer drops leads to less inflammation and irritation on the eye's surface. The study will measure inflammation markers and ask participants about their eye comfort.
