Summary
This study is testing if a long-acting eye implant (Durysta) can help people with glaucoma who use daily eye drops. The goal is to see if the implant reduces the number of drops needed and lessens eye surface inflammation and discomfort. Researchers will measure inflammation levels, eye pain, and surface health in 20 participants before and after receiving the implant.
