Summary
This study tests an experimental pill, gimacabtinib, in 15 adults with severe graft-versus-host disease (GVHD) after a stem cell transplant. Participants must have already tried and failed or not tolerated a standard second-line treatment. The goal is to see if the drug can control the disease and improve survival without causing severe side effects.
