Summary
This study aims to find out how many people are allergic to foods that contain gibberellin proteins, such as peaches, apples, sesame, carrots, lemons, and oranges. Researchers will perform skin prick tests on 2,000 patients at Montpellier University Hospital to measure sensitization rates. The goal is to better understand these allergies and improve prevention and care.
