Summary

This study aims to find out how many people are allergic to certain foods that contain gibberellin proteins, which can cause severe allergic reactions. Researchers will test 2,000 patients at Montpellier University Hospital using skin prick tests with peach, apple, sesame, carrot, lemon, and orange. The goal is to better understand these allergies and improve prevention and care.
