Summary
This study tests a new drug called GFH276 in people with advanced cancers that have RAS mutations, including pancreatic, lung, and colorectal cancers. The goal is to see if the drug is safe and can shrink tumors or slow disease. About 450 adults aged 18-75 will take part in two phases: first to find the right dose, then to measure how well it works.
