Summary
This study tests whether certain drug combinations can help people with advanced ER+ breast cancer whose cancer has stopped responding to common treatments like palbociclib. About 135 participants will receive a treatment chosen based on their tumor's genetic makeup. The goal is to see if these combinations can shrink tumors or keep them stable for at least 24 weeks.
