Summary

This study tested a new way to help older adults (65+) in the emergency room. First, doctors quickly checked for fall risk, confusion, and frailty. Patients who needed more help then got a full team assessment from specialists. The goal was to see if this approach could improve patients' quality of life and daily function 90 days later.
