Summary

This study is testing whether a special health checkup and follow-up plan helps older, frail adults recover better from bladder cancer surgery. Researchers will compare patients who receive this extra care to those who get standard care. The main goal is to see if the plan helps patients spend more days alive and out of the hospital in the 90 days after their operation.
