Summary
This study is testing whether giving doctors a patient's genetic information can help them personalize chemotherapy dosing. Researchers will randomly assign 860 cancer patients to either have their genetic data used to guide treatment or receive standard care. The main goal is to see if this genetic guidance leads to fewer severe side effects and more precise dosing during the first treatment cycle.
