Summary
This study tests a new treatment for people with certain advanced cancers (like pancreatic, stomach, or colon cancer) that have a specific genetic change called KRAS G12V. The treatment involves taking a patient's own white blood cells, modifying them in a lab to better recognize and attack cancer cells, and then giving them back. The goal is to see if this therapy is safe and can shrink tumors. Participants will also receive chemotherapy and other supportive drugs.
