First seen Feb 02, 2026 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 11 times

Summary

This study looks at whether keeping the breathing tube in a bit longer after gastric cancer surgery can lower the risk of complications in patients who also have severe obstructive sleep apnea. About 240 adults aged 18-85 with resectable gastric cancer and severe sleep apnea will take part. The goal is to find the safest way to remove the tube after surgery.
